Late-night cookies are pure bliss, especially when they're warm and gooey, just like the chocolate chip ones I adore with a glass of milk. My appreciation for cookies skyrocketed after a failed baking attempt; now I understand that sometimes the simplest options, like those ready-to-bake dough logs, hit the spot. Plus, the vegan chocolate chip cookie was surprisingly delicious, and despite a little neighborly drama over a delivery mix-up, the experience with Insomnia Cookies has always been fantastic.
