Fiancí© and I, got subs to go they were fantastic, then a week later got a salad and wing's amazing the food is great and plentiful, will order some thing different next time , highly recommend Al's ,dine in or order out the people are friendly and prices very reasonable

I had an incredible pizza at a fair price recently. The crust was just perfect - not too thin, not too thick. The chicken Parmesan portion was massive, enough for three meals! I'm new to the area and trying out all the local spots, and this one is definitely on my list to revisit.

When the right people are working. Als is an amazing place. Their subs are the best! The issue is, some days they are amazing and some days they aren't so great and they forget things. The thing about als is, if you try to say there's a mistake with your order they kinda play dumb and are suddenly very difficult to understand what your saying and clearly avoid the topic or say something irrelevant or random

New to the area and asked a friend who lived here for over 20 years about Al's. She gave an it's ok. So glad we stopped in! Best subs we have had in the past 3 years. Staff was super friendly. Very clean. Already planning our next trip back.

New to area, Bought a pizza - Worst pizza I ever ate. Hardly any sauce, toppings not cooked! We could not even finish it.
Decided to give another chance and bought a Ham and Cheese Calzone. Could not eat! No words to describe how terrible - not sure what it was but it was not a calzone!

The food is GREAT and fresh always and they have been my favorite pizza restaurant in the Franklin NH area since I can remember!!! All of the owners treat you like family!! You can eat there or have it delivered by some really professional and nice people 👍

We are new here. We have ordered from Al's at least 8 times so far. I've never had a problem with the food or delivery. They listen to special requests as well. We are happy with Al's !

Disappointed in the pizza. Not enough cheese too many green peppers and very greasy.
Forgot the the hots with tuna sub.
Onion rings delicious.

I have ordered from Al's for the past 20 years. It's a staple in town. Pizza is fine. Prices have gone up a bunch over the years. I guess that don't want to modify their pizza recipe but it could be improved.

It was a while ago but my brother and I ordered from here because we were craving subs and had heard good things (ha) I'm not a very adventerous person so I went with what I always get, a BLT. I told my brother, who was ordering, to make sure they didn't put cheese on it. My brother tells the guy and the guy goes "Well that's a classic BLT" and my brother said "Then we don't want a classic, no cheese." First the delivery guy brings us a pizza that we didn't order. Then says "Well I can't take it back it will get cold." which of course our response is "We aren't paying for that we didn't want it" Then he comes back with what we actually ordered and I open the BLT and low and behold there is damn cheese on there. Now I can eat cheese, I just hate it on a BLT. I think it tastes disgusting. So we call and the same guy who took our order goes "Yeah that's a classic" At this point my brother lost his cool because he had specified MULTIPLE times not to put cheese on the thing. So my brother told him to forget about it, we would go somewhere else for our food since they couldn't figure out how to not put cheese on a BLT.

I have been trying to order from here for the past 4 days with no luck. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing until finally a busy signal comes on. Did they close down??Did they change their number?

I tried their fish and chips dinner on Friday, and it was great! I couldn't believe how big the portions were, and it wasn't greasy fried food. Very tasty! And their onion rings are awesome! If you can't afford $8.95 for a full dinner, then you shouldn't be going out to dinner. I will order from them again. Very satisfied.

I have bought food from AL's for years! Over 15 years to be exact. They have great food. The Freddie special is amazing. The people are always nice. The food is always hot. The prices are fine like any other pizza place. I would recommend them any day. Especially over the competition locally. Which always changes and can never seem to stay open for more then a year or two! Al's has been open for what feels like forever and they still got it!

THEY ADVERTISE THAT THE MEALS ARE HOMEMADE IN THE PAPERS ADS AND ON THE RADIO BUT WE WERE TOLD NOT TRUE THEY BUY IN BULK FROZEN OR AT SAMS CLUB. EXPLAINS WHY IT IS LACKING IN QUANITY FLAVOR AND PRICE. FOR FRANKLIN THE MEAL PRICES ARE STEEP. TOO MANY COMPETING BUSINESS'S HERE TO OVERCHARGE AND PASS OUT CRAP. WE TRIED THEM SEVERAL TIMES HAVE A PILE OF THINGS OVER OR UNDER COOKED AND EVEN GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER ONCE. AL THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE WE CALLED BUT HE IS --NEVER-- AVAILABLE WE WROTE HIM LAYING IT ALL OUT AND NEVER HEARD A THING. WOULD GO TO TILTON HOUSE BUT THE PRICES THERE ARE WAY HIGH AND THEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE AROUND THE --DO NOT-- HAVE DELIVERY WHICH IS KINDA STUPID IN THIS DAY AND AGE.SO PIZZA HUT IT IS OR CHINESE.P.S. THE CHINESE JOINT AT THE TOWN LINE PLAZA IS THE BEST.

I love their pizza! I grew up in Plymouth NH and used to order from Tenney mountain pizza ALL THE TIME! I had been searching for a similar pizza and found it at Al's pizza, It's the same guy who owns Tenney Mt. Pizza in Plymouth!!!

The guy who took my order was SO rude! I asked what the pizza specials were and he said in a really rude way " our specials have been the same for 5 yrs" we wouldn't know because we just moved here ! How rude, if you want pizza go to JJ 'a Pizza in Franklin.. WAY better food and way better service.. I would have went back to Als but the service is so bad. I own a business in this area and will NOT recommend Als to anyone

The pizza is just ok, but that's all we have local(we live in andover) we spent over 50 dollars in takeout today, SO PISSED! We ordered steak tips and veal Parmesan , by far the WORST we ever had in LIFE!! This was worse than gross. We gave it to the dog. We called and complained and was told the owner would call us back but that never happened.

My husband and I stopped into Al's last year. We have been back many times. He gets the steak and cheese calzone, I get the fish and chips and they are both enough for 2-3 meals! The food is absolutely yummy and the price is great too. I think I will order tonight.
