The only thing this place has going for it is the view. After reading a few reviews, I figured we would give it a try since they weren't all bad and my family was looking for a new place to eat. The reviews should all be bad"¦. To start, the prices are wayyyy to much for the mediocre at best food that you get. No side salads come with the dish and no bread. If you sit outside, you have to order on an app. Pay on the app and then expected to tip your server when they hardly did any work. Our food did not come out together, but we did order it together so half the table is waiting and by the time it came the ones who got food was cold. There's no kids menu so your expected to pay $20 for the cheapest pasta for a child. Had I known this I wouldn't have thought twice about not coming. No really family oriented if there's not even a kids menu. For the prices they have they don't even offer ONE free refill, nor do they tell you that they're not free. Now let's talk about the servers, incompetent is putting it nicely. We asked our server what kind of fish is the fish and chips to which she replied "I don't know" not very helpful from someone who wants a tip for doing nothing. Then my mother asked what her favorite dish is and she said she doesn't have one because she doesn't eat here because they are only given a small discount of 25% and everything is too expensive. Ummm what??!!!! Clearly the owners don't take care of their staff as she seemed very unhappy to work there. They give them a measly 25% off. And when we left, I'm assuming it was the owner arguing with another customer about prices"¦ go figure. He was so rude and grouchy and told them he doesn't care. Save yourself the trip and don't eat there.

Good place for a snack or full meal. Nice deck with a great lake setting. Live music on many night's.

Beautiful view! I recently moved to Coventry and was hoping this would be my new restaurant. My fiancí© and I ordered drinks, appetizer, and burgers. The drinks and calamari were fine. Unfortunately the chef forgot to season the burgers and to put the correct toppings on them. No big deal. We waited to correct the problem but the server didn't come back for 20 minutes. Still patient we waited another five to have the toppings brought over on a seperate plate. The burgers had not been brought back and correctly seasoned so they were still bland. I didn't eat mine. 15 minutes later she came back and asked if I was all set. She didn't even care that I hadn't eaten any of it. Never offered to fix it or take it off the bill. That is terrible service. I'm reluctant to give it another shot. They seem to be known for having poorly trained staff. I work hard for my money. Won't be wasting it there.

I went to the Lakeview restaurant with a wedding party of 25 people including our reverend. We were a happy group,enjoying conversation and some were singing with the groom,"That's Amor'e".The place was empty but for one person when we arrived,we might as well have gone into a morge! To make a long story short, Though nothing wrong was going on,after 20 minutes the bar waitress told the bride our group needed to be quiet, and not in a polite way. Upset upon hearing of this the groom stood up and said to all of us "were leaving ths dump! At that point the restaurant staffperson sceamed at the top of her lungs "all of you GET THE F*** OUT! I was extremly suprised, as I am a local bussiness owner with an average rating of 5 stars from my customers, I would never allow my employees act out in such a manner.Needless to say, I would not go back there, nor would I ever reccomend this place.ZERO STARS! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR PATRONAGE
