Bantam Bread is a beloved bakery in the area, known for their delectable range of breads and baked goods. The drive may take a bit of time, but the quality of their seeded semolina baguette makes it all worthwhile.

My husband loves their regular sourdough bread. I love their sourdough with calamata olives. Their white loaf is wonderful too. We have recently become vegan and their vegan cookies with seeds and oats are wonderful too. We take a trip to Bantam to get bread usually every other week. My husband certainly doesn't want to be without it!

I travel all the way from Farmington CT to buy their delicious breads. Hands down, the best in the state. All the breads freeze well if you slice them first then put them in bread bags purchased from Amazon. Com. I am all set for months!
