Based on my experience, I would rate this establishment a 7.7 overall. During my visit, I tried the chicken parm dish which consisted of two slices of chicken, one of which was fatty while the other was cooked perfectly. The service was a bit slow as our waiter seemed to think we had already finished our meal by the time our food arrived. Despite the wait, the delicious food and excellent service made the dining experience enjoyable.

I was there last night, on a Tuesday, and had the worst service of my life. The waiter came right over to get a drink order and never came back. The only way we got to place a food order was to flag someone down after we had been there quite awhile
The calamari was excellent. The pizza was mediocre. After 11/2 hours, we flagged down a waiter and asked for our pizza and the response was, oh well, too bad. And they were out of clams.
They didn't apologize and they didn't do anything to try to make the situation better, even though they were quite aware of our displeasure.
I won't be back

Food, atmosphere, service and reasonable noise level in the dining room were all very good. Only complaint.....the ladies room door needs an automatic closing device - nobody wants to stare at 4 bright vanity lights through the perpetually open door while eating a nice meal!
