We ordered a large pizza and a chicken finger dinner. I went to pick it up and when I got home it was a small because I did not make the order I was unaware of what size was ordered. We called the store and we were told the person who took the order put it in the system wrong. They repeatedly just talked about money which was not the top of our priority we just wanted the food we ordered. the lady would not let us speak and kept putting us on hold to say the same thing or everything but a solution. Eventually she told us that we can return the small and pick up a large and pay the difference. Typically I wouldn't care like if it was our fault but it wasn't. Then a male went on the phone, was incredibly rude. Started yelling over the phone, and when we were talking asked if we were done so he can also repeat the same things. Working in food service jobs for 8 plus years I am fully aware we can't accept food back once it's taken because it's not safe anymore and a waste of time. The food is usually good and people are nice but this was HORRIBLE. No accountability and zero people skills or even food safety knowledge.

This place is very unpredictable and non consistent. I'm not really sure why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I just ordered a large pepperoni and steak pizza for example. They said to give them a half hour, so I did. The pizza is over cooked and cold. There is large pieces of steak not even cut up hardly no cheese and the crust is burnt. I'm not even sure if there is any pepperoni on it. Is there no good pizza places in town anymore?
