The seafood ceviche I had tonight was the best I've enjoyed in a long time, featuring vibrant flavors of cilantro, red onion, and shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh ingredients and the crispy tostone underneath the ceviche; the mango sauce on top was a perfect touch. I've been coming here for years, and the consistency in quality keeps me coming back for more, whether it's for a family gathering or a casual dinner out.
