Check your receipt. They are over charging and nickel and diming you trying to be slick. They are suffering after the pandemic and you are paying for it.
Automatic service charge
They are charging for ketchup, hot sauce, etc...
and a tip expected from delivery. Small thing but if they nickel and dime me and everyone else all that extra money is sending someone's on a nice vacation or will pay for an ivory league education for someone

They change you for delivery and more expensive than other Chinese restaurants and if you spend a certain amount they won't give you coupon gift like a can of soda like other restaurants
