Great food, great staff, great service. Went there for food which was generously portioned and delicious. Got to meet the owner as well. He was was very kind and polite, he also bought us a round of drinks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If your in the area for food or drinks, go to Biscotti's!

I have frequented this restaurant since it opened and have always had great experiences. I've gotten to know the owner and he is delightful! His staff is amazing and always act professional and very friendly. To the person who was so unhappy, take the advise of the waiter from Ridgefield. Coupons are great but there are always restrictions. Don't take advantage.

Wonderful atmosphere with great food. Had an excellent time on several occasions. Monday night wing nights are great fun and nice bar to watch football too. I've met the owner and he was very polite. In response to the upset patron who left a volatile comment: I wait tables in Ridgefield and nothing is more obnoxious than customers who dine out solely with the use of coupons and expect to use several at a single sitting. Moreover, NEVER expect free items OR ask for them in return for your continued patronage. Obviously you would piss off a restaurant owner/manager with an attitude like that.

The owner of Biscotti's is a true A-HOLE. We had a total of 5 new customers, and 4 promotional gift certificates for $25.00 each. We wanted to use them and they stated they can't take more than 2. Okay, however my husband felt they could have compromised and told the owner we wouldn't be back. Had the owner decided to apologize and possibly state that he would give us an appetizer for free if we would please return, I'm sure we would have went back and he would have made a lot more money from us and our friends. Instead the man went crazy and started swearing at us and saying to get the f___ out of there. He proceeded to follow us out of the restaurant screaming at us. Of course we weren't too happy and returned the favor. I feel he handled this situation with true stupidity and with a childlike attitude of a high school kid. Had he acted like a normal person, he would have gotten more customers by not saying “Get out you cheap family and go to McDonald's.” By doing this, he assured that we wouldn’t come back and we would be sure and tell everyone about this. Too bad, the guy acted like a low class mobster. This town is way too good for people like this owner. One thing a person like this needs to learn is that you get customers by being a good and decent man. Not by acting like a jerk. My husband and I go out weekly and at times go with 4-6 people. We try to find repeat restaurants. Sadly, this won’t be one of them.
