This Chinese takeout spot is my reliable choice whenever I'm craving some well-prepared dishes. The consistent quality and friendly service from the owners keep me coming back for more, even though it's not a sit-down restaurant. The flavors are well-balanced, not drowning in sauce, and the fresh veggies in each dish make it a satisfying meal every time.

The eggroll was half the size of other places' eggrolls and I ordered a shrimp eggroll and there wasn't even one piece of shrimp. Their "lobster chow mein" had no pieces of lobster. They use langostinos...and it smelled very fishy. I will never use them again.

Absolutely AWEFUL! Normally we do not have an issue with New Hunan. Their food is ok and mediocre but they deliver. However today we were delivered food that was half fresh and half bad. We ordered as soon as they opened. The food came and was immediately tried by half the ordering party. Unknown to me they threw it out. About 2 hours later I was informed my lunch was gone because it had been rotten, the shrimp was bad, it smelled. When I called to speak with them they REFUSED to do anything about it. They said it has been too long since they delivered and although it was bad when they delivered we did not call them fast enough and now it is just too bad for us!

Waited an hour and a half for delivery, when I called. Driver haven't even left yet. Rude on the phone. They suck
