New here in area. Experience a couple months back was ok. No more. Done! My " Reuben " sandwich was miniscule, soggy from wet pickes thrown in . Pickles did in the fries, too, which were supposed to be curly... Not!! Pizza crust has changed, too... Dusty, doughy.. used to be fresh and crisp. How sad.. so few places in Ledyard... Guess they think anything isxacceptable. Not to ME, henceforth!!

I am absolutely over this place. I live in Ledyard and desperately want a good pizza place close by but I can't tolerate their ineptness any more. They mess up the orders all of the time, it's dirty in there, and the owner's daughter is extremely rude.

Just bought a grinder. They say the bread is fresh from New York every day. It's like day old bread. Asked for oil on the bread, bread was dry and the lettuce was loaded with oil. Asked for a couple pieces each of onion and pepper, had more than lettuce. Refrigerated tomato. Cheese was sliced extremely thin.
This $10.00 grinder was worse than a gas station grinder. Will never order anything that comes out of the kitchen again, their pizza is still ok however the slices were a little smaller than they used to be.
They will put themselves out of business in short order if they keep this up.

Usually the food is good, however, tonight we ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and it was in desperate need of salt. The Alfredo was a lovely bechamel, but I did not detect any Parmesan in it. It was my first time ordering it and I don't think I will ever order it again, but if I ever get a chance of ordering it again, and it's better, I will change my rating.

cooks not clean. I watched cooks in the kitchen eating with fingers and continue to cook without hand washing. An older cook wiping his face on his apron. no masks no gloves for any of them. told the person taking orders and they went back there.they washed their hands. she said" I tell them they don't listen'

Just to let you know I will never go back here because they have a sign up. That "Black lives Matter". All lives matter. We have lived here 24 years that's how loyal we were to Valentinos. We rented the room in the back many times. We will put up with a business that makes a lot of money choosing sides. Bringing signs into their business that people are fighting in the streets over. We will never go back. We will spread the news to all our navy friends and family.

The last few times I ate there I was very disappointed. I ordered linguine with clam sauce. It came with opened clams, no problem but had shells within the pasta as well.
I also ordered clam chowder, sand in the soup!! Guess it's really homemade.
Had a salad last night, sick this morning.
Pizza is ok.
Sorry I can't give it a better rating.

Great food, friendly service, a little pricey. I tried to use a coupon offered in the Clipper book for my delivery order and was told I couldn't. No where on the coupon does it say not with delivery. Very frustrating!!! And you lost a higher sale order because of it.

Pizza kinda dull usually too much cheese, grinders adequate. Salads better than average. They do whack ya in the price department though.
