The pizza at Famous Pizza in Bridgeport is consistently delicious, with a full menu, friendly service, and a cash-only policy that may require using the on-site ATM.

I have been going to Famous Pizza for 30 years. I understand a business needs to find ways to be profitable, but skimping on toppings and cheese. A pepperoni pizza with only 1 pepperoni on each slice is unacceptable ... and I am being generous ... some slices had a 1/2 piece of pepperoni while others had no pepperoni at all. So next time I ordered a sausage pizza, but got the same results. To make matters worst their was hardly any cheese on the pizzas I ordered. So the next time I ordered extra cheese ... PAID FOR extra cheese, but GOT NO extra cheese. After 30 years I didn't want to write Famous off so ... THE 4TH TIME ... I thought I would have them put extra cheese when I picked the pizza up. I couldn't believe it ... for the extra money I paid they sprinkled the equivalent of 1-1/2 Tablespoons. I'M DONE! Captain's Pizza is now my pizza joint. I don't know how long Captain's Pizza been doing it, but they now offer small, medium & large and there's no skimping.

the worst place i have ever been to !!!! WARNING !!!!!! PLEASE DONT EAT HERE FOOD NOT FRESH AND THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SMH BAD MISTEAK TO EAT THERE!!! came from fairfield, ct. and def not the same as it used to be.
