Rating initially is a zero but In calling the restaurant today at approximately 11:50 am a very rude lady by the name of Cindy didn't even give me a chance to say anything after asking for manager or owner. She clearly said call after lunch bye and hung up the phone!
Someone needs to set her straight, she is seriously lacking customer service skills and has no business being there if she can't handle the job.

Went with a coworker here last Friday for dinner. I treated. Our bill was $42.60 and they charged me $42.60 tip on top of it. The food was alright, but I would never tip the order amount. Now they will get no tip because I disputed everything but the total bill after they refused to fix it when I called today. I normally tip 20% and 25% for good service. Mediocre food and subpar service does not warrant a tip the same price as the meal. Jerks.

Told us our wait time was 25 minutes and we waited an hour before finally leaving without being seated. The manager was the rudest person I have ever met!

Been going to Kiko's since 1970s. Quality and service has been deteriorating since early 2000's. Went recently and the service was terrible and prices were not what I remembered. Seemed like the menu has changed again, and with higher prices.
I'm going to stop eating at Kikos, not the same, and not satified.

It's worse enough the prices seem to always be going up and the taste of the food is totally different, now they have new white plates which are smaller and portions seem smaller and tortillas suck now!

Went to the restaurant for my sister's birthday had a bad experience. First of all the waiter took for ever to take the drink orders. Then waiter said she couldn't take everyones food order because she wasn't familiar with the food menu, so we had to wait more longer. I don't understand why they would have one server for a party of 12 or more. They need to be prepared more for large groups. Not a good experience but food was good.
