The food at Yichiban Buffet is absolutely delicious, with my favorites being the pork belly and wonton soup that remind me of my childhood. It's conveniently located off of 183 and Industrial Rd in Euless, making it a go-to spot for me when I want a satisfying buffet experience with hibachi grill and fresh sushi offerings.

My coworkers and I have been coming to the buffet on Fridays for as long as I can remember. The food is always fresh, hot and there is such a variety that is truly impossible to not find several things that quickly become your favorites. The beverage and table clearing service is fast, efficient and friendly. I try different things each week and I honestly haven't ever experienced any food item that wasn't well prepared, tasty and the temperature it should be. This is a family run business and they go above and beyond to ensure you are well fed and feel welcome. It is perhaps the best value for the money in the DFW area. If you like Chinese food, you will love Yichiban!!
