The food was fair. Had the steak chimichanga.
Need to have a cook that knows how to cook steaks. The steak was so rubbery you couldn't chew it.
The rice was very plain. The cheese dip was nothing more than melted cheese. No favor at all.

Prices are good. Waitstaff fair, need a little more professionalism. The food is mediocre. The rice is not as good as Rice-A-Roni. There was no Mexican flavor to the rice. Tasted like white rice with a little tomato sauce. The refried beans were pretty good. The chicken enchiladas were dry and the tamales were awful. I wanted the food to be good because it's close to home but I was disappointed.

Terrible service today
I eat here often usually love it
Had to tell waitress twice what i wanted
Then she came back and clarify at the table
Then she came back and explained it was cooked wrong had
to be remade
Did not offer chips and salsa before the meal
Did not ask if we needed anything when the meal was sit down
I Had to ask for salsa with the meal
The worst service I've gotten in here in 25 visits

Don't expect Taco bell or Tex-Mex this is more everyday home cooking. Salsa very good and food taste more like my Mom's home cooking which is a good thing.
