great food and service

Tried to order for first time. They took my order over the phone and said they'd be ready in 15 min. When I arrived 20 min later I waited on line like everyone else ordering and when I finally got there they didn't have my order ready! They were going to start my order then? Why did I call to order in advance then? If you weren't going to get it ready why did you take my order over the phone? Waste of time. Totally rude and disorganized. Will NEVER get my business. Absolutely Terrible customer service. There were people there but not even that busy that the 3 guys couldn't get a simple order of sandwiches ready in 15 min.
