I order pickup and arrive on time. The employee asked my name and he told me he was preparing my order now. I waited. I waited 20 minutes. He never moved from the register. He took a call in order, a walking order and carried an order out while I waited. I'm on lunch break and need to get back to work. He finally goes to the back and brings me an order not mine. I told him forget it refund my money. I called the manager and got nothing but excuses. I was told I should have looked for my order on the shelves. I have to look for my order??? Seriously??? I was never told to look anywhere. I am mad at this point. 20 minutes waiting for an order that was supposed to be already be ready. The manager never refunded my money. The poor customer service really does start with managements attitude. This establishment stole from me.

Arrived at 1105 on Thanksgiving and surprised to see people up walking around the restaurant without a mask on! I ask the server why are they allowing this and she said they can't enforce it or make people wear them...becareful if you come today!
