The casual spot that outdoes itself.

I placed an order here and when I got home, found out that they messed up the order in a pretty significant way. When I called to ask for a refund, they said they can't do a refund but that they could give me a credit on the next order.

When I called the next time around, they said they never agreed to give me a credit, and then the owner got on the phone and straight up lied, saying I have to drive back to the restaurant and give the food back in order to get a refund. This is not what the cashier told me, and she even told me she talked to the owner before agreeing to give me a credit.

The owner started to yell at me over the phone and told me that she didn't want to serve me anymore and not to come back to her restaurant.

She actually told me that the mistake wasn't a big deal!!! Unbelievable.

Absolutely trash customer service, will never order here again. Very rude, disrespectful, and surprising to be treated that way.

This was just for < $15!!!! Such cheap and low class behavior.
