Cheese pockets still very good but not great as they were with former baker. Dough is dense, does not rise properly, not enough sugar in cream filling, top glaze is thin and does not hold to dough when chilled. Still, Steins is the best I have ever had in Texas. Long time customer. Loyal, yes, but baker needs practice.
