Ben Starr needs his head examined! I was not impressed. You can tell that Ben is all about 'the stage' and he is the ring master and we are supposed to oooooh and aaaaah every course that is served.

I was not impressed with raw egg yolks running over my plate and Ben's explanation...further I don't want a dose of Salmonella which by the way Ben does not believe comes from a free range chicken....(absurd).

The cost of this charade and I mean charade is $125 and it is strongely suggested that you DONATE more to their pockets...

This underground dining experience is illegal for a good reason...it is a rip-off beyond belief. There are no health standards what-so-ever that are followed in the kitchen and as a diner if I so happen to get a does of E.coli from something that Ben Starr has prepared...well, where is his culpability?

I am definitely not a fan of these illegal eateries because there is no surveillance; however, to listen to Ben Starr - he thinks the problem in America is the regulatory process and oversight of restaurants...are you kidding me Ben? I could not believe it when I heard him say that (has he wondered why we are in such a mess Financially in this country...mmmm maybe because there was nobody checking the Security System and Banking System Ben!).

I pass on Ben Starr but I definitely give him five stars on the public promotion that he seems to have done for himself with his 15 minutes on Masterchef.
