This restaurant has the WORST service. We ordered from here precisely because they offered cannolis and wanted that dessert. They called shortly after placing the order and said they didn't have cannolis. We should've cancelled then. When the food got here (we used Doordash) an entree was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know and I didn't even get an apology. It was insinuated by the manager that the Doordash driver stole it. She insisted it was in the "package" when it wasn't. She never offered anything in form of an apology. If it wasn't for Doordash and their ability to refund the order I don't think they would've done anything to make it right. This affected 3 departments in my workplace, all who witnessed this frustration and the staff of those departments that will avoid this place at all costs. I suggest you do the same.
