Bill Smith's Cafe is sadly closing its doors, and today was our last breakfast visit. The parking lot was packed, with folks even parking next door, and a long line formed after we left. It's going to be chaos at lunchtime, with everyone wanting to savor one final meal. Bill Smith himself was always hands-on, from cooking to washing dishes, and the food was consistently delicious and reasonably priced. My wife and I will miss our Sunday breakfast spot, as it's hard to find another place that matches Bill Smith's unique charm and quality.
