My recent visit with a group of friends left us all impressed with the food and service. I'm a fan of seafood, having grown up on clam, lobster, and mussels back in MA, and the Provencal mussels here did not disappoint. The rich broth with mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, and a hint of cayenne was some of the best I've had in years.

Run, don't walk, to get AWAY from Bonnie Ruths in Frisco. The Christmas Eve dinner buffet was horrendous. $35 per plate and the line to get food was 35-45 minutes. When I finally arrived at the carving station, there was no prime rib. Then, to my surprise, several items advertised as being on the buffet were not in the buffet, including, but not limited to, shrimp cocktail. The food we did get was mediocre at best. It was an obvious "bait and switch." Furthermore, the inefficient serving method, resulting in the abnormally long wait to get food, was obviously management's way to reduce food consumption. Ownership should be ashamed to resort to such tactics. If the owners were not aware of the fiasco, management should be terminated immediately. Go to McDonalds. At least you will get what you expected.
