The Pollo Regio location in Garland, specifically on Walnut St, is a consistent favorite of mine. The flavorful chicken, rice, and beans are always seasoned perfectly. The staff, particularly Marsala, is friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant dining experience every time.

I'm guessing all of the "5 Star" reviews are from employees and their families because the food I got today was greasy, tough and flavorless. The Flautas were the worst. Soggy and the chicken was stringy and tough with no flavor. The tacos, carne asada, chicken and Pastor were all tough and overcooked with no flavor as well. Pathetic. I sent a complaint to the website and a customer service rep called me right away. He thanked me for the input but said no refund or discount for me. I thanked him for calling me and told that I wouldn't be eating at their establishments in the future, especially after spending $26 for cat food and not getting as much as a free meal. Even more pathetic.
