The food was delicious and satisfying, particularly the Hot Pepper Chicken and BBQ pork fried rice. The service was friendly and the portions were generous. I did find the additional charge for extra bean sprouts a bit unnecessary, and I wished the dishes had a stronger Wok Hei flavor, but overall, I plan to return in the future.

We order there about once a month but pick it up there. When we did ask for delivery one time it took a very long time. The food is good and plentiful.

I see the reviews on this site are mixed and I agree. We order in a few times a month. My wife is a bit pickier than me and sometimes she's over the moon happy with the food and sometimes I get yelled at for picking it. Can't win every time with Van Chan's. Sort of like life.

Placed a delivery and I was told that it would be delivered in 25 minutes. After 45 minutes I called and they said the driver was out for delivery. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant at max. It took over an hour to get my food. The "egg rolls" where spring rolls with a barley any filling. Their food was ok at best, but for the money I expected my meal to have more meat. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered my food at 3:30 in the afternoon and didn't get it until 5:00pm. I called the manager to request new food because it was cold and he just hung up in my face. They have poor customer service and really rude works. The girl who answered my call spoke to the manager, as I heard her,started to laugh as she explained what I was disappointed in. It just hurts my heart that we can't even be polite to one another. I'm sure the owner is thinking one less customer is not a big deal. What comes around goes around, I hope he realizes that:(
