Whenever I'm in the mood for good old-fashioned barbecue, I think of Marshalls, where the back-to-basics approach to barbecue and sides, coupled with large portions like the chopped brisket po-boy on a hoagie roll, a variety of tasty sides, and the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff, always makes for a satisfying experience.
