When I visit Dallas, I make sure to swing by Catfish Connection for their mouth-watering fried catfish. The crispy filets have just the right amount of spice, and the sides like hush puppies and corn nuggets are fried to perfection. The wait in the car is worth it for a taste of this delicious Southern comfort food that hits the spot every time.
