I absolutely adore the flavors at Elaine's Kitchen. My go-to choices are the jerk chicken and oxtails, always seasoned to perfection. The food is consistently delicious, and I can't wait to return for more mouthwatering dishes.

I have been coming to Elaine's kitchen for over 15 years and my last couple of visits I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The cabbage is always HARD now 😠so apparently your cooking it to fast due to your business flow. FYI cook it ahead of time so cabbage will be tender and done. I truly hope my next visit won't be the last. LOOSING a customer may not mean much to you but all customers aren't Loyal as I am. So get it together..

The food is grreat! But tha customer service could be better and tha wait time is ridiculous! But she gives you your monies worth. I think if tha customer service improves and they listens to their customers.. and improve their wait time. It can be a 5 star cafe..And wether its family business or not she should let them know dat tha customers are the reason she's in business.

Went to Elaines around 7 on Thursday Evening 2 April 2015. Some slim chic that I've never seen before was there, normally there's a lady there that is so nice, she lets you see your plate before she bags your items and everything. At 7 I was told they didn't have anymore Jerk chicken and it would be an hour before more was done BUT they close at 8. placed 5 orders 1 Curry Chicken ONLY, 1 Curry Goat, 1 Curry Chicken with Hot Water Cornbread, 1 Curry Vegetable and 1 Curry Chicken no rice. First of all they orders were thrown together juice running everywhere. Before getting in my car I double bagged all the containers to keep from messing up my car. Once I got home every single order was wrong, the order that was chicken only was a meal so they charged me for chicken only and gave me a dinner instead, the hot water cornbread was missing, the Curry Goat was horrible it's nothing like Jamacian Gates in Arlington (OFF THE CHAIN). Called Elaine to report the customer service that we received and the orders being wrong and basically we were told, what you got is what you ordered. For Real, Who Does That??? Is That GOOD Customer Service??? I work in Customer Service and would not have a job if I provided type of service that I received last evening from an Employee at Elaines. I'm sure they are all family so they really don't care, it's all about the money. Customer Service is nothing like it use to be. I understand people are calling saying they hada bad experience to get free food but what about people like me that actually did order, the total was almost $60. $60 bucks down the drain, my co-workers were so disappointed. Can you say BBB
