I have been a regular at this establishment for years and find the quality consistently good, with a decent selection of Tex Mex dishes offered in an all-you-can-eat format. The service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the guacamole and fresh-made sopapillas are personal favorites. While it may not be considered exceptional by some, it remains a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.

I love panchos , the 1 we went to in Duncanville tx was shut down so a friend told us about the panchos in Mesquite Texas we thought we would try it today ,first off it was dark & dusty inside , i watched a guy that was serving food on the buffet line put on gloves get a dirty dish towel clean around the food trays dip the dirty towel in water ring it out clean some more without changing gloves start handling food again with same gloves on and at the front of the line was a lady with a pit bull yes a dog on a leash taking him through the buffet line and no it was not a service dog , i will not be going back to this location

I ate there and the food did not taste like ponchos. It taste really nasty and the flautas taste like slime no taste just watery. Couldn't taste the meat. It was plain disgusting and I will never ever go back oh and by the way the waitresses are not very attentive
