I have experienced some superb pizza, but NOT at Smash. I even tried it twice, because the reviews are so high. What is it that people really like about Smash - it can not be the pizza, which is too smokey, salty, and dry ... we threw it in the garbage after two pieces. Honestly, any frozen pizza would be better. I think its just alot of reviewers that don't know pizza and are impressed by the trendy hype and the name. If you know pizza, don't go to Smash and ruin a nice evening.

The pizza was ok, and the service was great. However, music was WAAAAY TOO LOUD, and the large groups of patrons were shouting over the music to be heard. I left with a song letting headache and very sore ears. I wanted to love this place, but there's no sense in going back for seconds. Most likely wouldn't even order carry-out, and the pizza didn't excite me.
