Upon opening the little brown box with the Elle stamp, I had no idea that what sounded like an almost mundane choice would be one of the most delicious, delectable, delightful dishes ever to entertain the palette of even the most discerning sophisticated gourmet. What was it? The TOMATO GALETTE. It was beyond amazing. I would be remiss if I did not mention the salad accompaniment. I don't want to ruin the surprise so I'll stop here! If you can get beyond the aroma and artistic presentation, you are in for a unique gastronomical treat. But wait..there's one more MUST. If you are a cheesecake lover, a desert lover..or just a lover of food, you absolutely HAVE to try the Elle cheesecake!
