During my last vacation, I discovered an incredible restaurant that completely blew me away. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, showcasing local flavors in every dish. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return, knowing I had found something truly special.

Do not mistake Cafe Colline for being a European style restaurant. Instead of slow and long, the tables turn over every 90 minutes Something we did not know. We were assuming we would have a nice long and relaxing meal being our first inside restaurant experience in a year of Covid. Not knowing the dining time limit, we made the mistake of ordering 3 courses and had to take our dessert (2 creme brulees) home in containers. While eating that 3rd course, we also ordered a pot of french press coffee and just moments after we plunged & poured our first cups of coffee, the server informed us we had 10 minutes to relinquish the table. Seeing that our desserts were barely eaten the server returned with containers to "finish them later." Despite the excellent meal, we will never return to this fast paced cafe. Take out or one course only, would be my suggestion. There are too many other fabulous restaurants with options to indulge in multi-courses and relaxing conversation - Cafe Colline is definitely not that kind of restaurant experience.
