Our favorite place for lunch. A welcoming, but non-intrusive, atmosphere with professional, attentive staff. Dinner menu equally broad and good - owner has made improvements which have lessened dinnertime full -house noise level. We have been going to Centro for over 5 years and have always been highly satisfied. A real winner!

outstanding true italian cuisine!! hidden gem in Bethesda!! a loud restaurant, but great atmosphere if you like to be entertained....service on top of everything, great wine selection!
