This could be the most unappealing Mongolian BBQ in the country. It is certainly the least appealing of the many Mongolian BBQs I've eaten at in the US and Asia. The cut ingredients are fine. The sauces are, by and large, terrible, and the sauces, oils and seasonings are critical to any Mongolian BBQ. These are, beyond belief, and display no sense, on the part of the owners, of flavors or mouth feel. To add insult to injury, the waitperson looked shocked when I asked to drink hot tea. I eventually was served, in a paper cup, chamomile tea! Have you ever tasted the combination of chamomile tea and even ersatz oriental food? Let me just say that the taste in tea matched the taste in food.

Fun! All-you-can-eat! mostly self-service, so that it is possible to eat fairly quickly or linger. You select the fresh ingredients for your stir-fry and watch the cook sizzle them on a gigantic griddle. They often do fundraisers for schools, including having the high school teachers & counselors serve as the cooks. Crowded with office workers at weekday lunchtime
