The potential is there. Just find employees who are familiar with ENGLISH and U.S. currency. Oh, and one more thing, if a customer orders two slices of pizza - don't, yell out "Wow, you want TWO slices of pizza!" Geeze!
Another problem - the sandwich area should not double as a day care center for employee's children. Not too appetizing to see little fingers on that slice of cheese that's going to go on MY sandwich! Speaking of the sandwich area, could you find any nastier, non-customer friendly employees to make your sandwiches? No "hello" and no reply when the customer says "thank you." These women, and I not call them ladies, are the weakest area of the Deli.
I would also suggest that the use of the food handling plastic gloves rule should be enforced. don't scratch your head and the pull my slice (ok, two slices) of pizza off of the tray with your dirty hands.
On a positive note, the cookies are great! My favorite? The sugar cookies - you know, the ones you always sell out of first before I get there?
To end, its a hit or miss with the Deli. On a good day - you walk out happy. On a bad day - and there are too many of those, you'll be upset when you get back to work and find that even though its 100 degrees outside, its 50 below inside of your pizza box!
