The barbecue at Hogs on the Hill brings back memories of the shack in Ohio where I grew up, with meaty and flavorful ribs that hit the spot. The customer service was good and the atmosphere was welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite some mixed reviews on the sides, the ribs were definitely the standout dish that I would recommend trying.

Well, I have been eating the food here since 1991 and have never experienced problems with the food or the service. In fact, today's March 4, 2023, and I am going to order half a Chicken, some Wings, some Ribs and then Green. My brother started out here as a cook and took over the business over 20 years ago and he's still there and the sauces are great too! They use hickory wood and no fluid to start the food fire.

Purchased rib and chicken combo, got ribs and wings instead. The wings were over-cooked and dry,greens had no flavor and the mac and cheese needed cheese. Been a Patron for many years but I now may need to think of other options. Get it together "Hogs on The Hill" !!

Ordered whole chicken and half rack. Very disappointed. Chicken was way too dry. This joint has been there forever. Drive by all the time with poor parking options but a regular flow. Maybe a bad day. No reason to get it this wrong when the grocery stores do such a great job of keeping whole chickens moist. Maybe invest in one of those huge rotisery racks Sorry, don't normally do reviews but I'm bummed after being so ready to enjoy a nice meal. Even ribs were sub par. Sharpen your skills Hogs. You have a great location. No excuses.

Bought $60 WORTH OF FOOD FROM HOGS ON THE HILL. MEATS WE'RE GREAT. VEGGIES NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. MAC AND CHEESE NEEDS CHEESE. IT IS ALMOST CHEESELESS. THE GREENS HAVE NO FLAVOR AND HAS A WIERD TASTE. POTATO SALAD AND COLE SLAW CAN PASS. I'LL NEVER BUY THEIR SIDES AGAIN.
