This food truck is fantastic! The Bubba Dog was a must-try, and I was impressed by their gluten-free options. The service was friendly, but the soup could use a bit more flavor. The Western omelet was packed with ingredients, the sausage was tasty, and the Sriracha Chicken Taco was cooked to perfection - definitely worth a visit!
