8/24/24. Haven't been here in a year, definitely doesn't taste the same. Seen a whole different crew in there. Order a fish platter, not seasoned the same, green were not good either. Macaroni and sweet potatoes were good. New cooks brought the taste down. Same timing though, always an hour wait, but they always say 25 minutes. Just say the real time so I can make an informed choice instead of waiting around angry. Just say we are running behind it maybe an hour or more. Then they get an attitude when you ask how much long after waiting for an hour

i ordered fried chicken wings and they didn't taste right, it seems the restaurant has fallen . well now I know where not to go , i should have known something was wrong when No one waiting for a order Popeye here I come lol

I ordered two turkey wing platters from here and they were absolutely horrible. When I called to tell them the nasty attitude was just as tuff as them old behind turkey wings!! Piss poor customer service. Last time supporting them!

This restuarant has fallen off since I discovered them during the pandemic. I ordered the fried Writing's fish platter with collard greens mac n cheese and candied yams.
First of all the fish was hard and salty, the collard greens and mac n cheese were mushy and "yams" tastes like pies filling. I have patronized Just to Serve You for almost two years. Let me begin with the sides...cabbage, greens, potato salad absolutely excellent. The meats (chicken and fish) can be overly seasoned at times. A tab too much salt can ruin an otherwise perfect dish. That has been my experience during my last visits. Going forward, I may just order the sides because as I stated they are excellent. I also believe that customer service can be improved. I have called on occasions and the telephone will ring endlessly without anyone answering. Also, in person customer service can be a little rough around the corner at times.
