After being seduced by the irresistible scent of smoked meats, I finally indulged in a meal that exceeded all expectations, featuring perfectly cooked ribs that required no sauce to showcase their flavor. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and generous portions of tender brisket, delectable yams, and collard greens created a memorable dining experience that I can't wait to revisit.

I ordered the Pork Chop platter. The food was amazing ? It was hot and tasty without being overly seasoned. The sweet potatoes were DELICIOUS!! I will definitely eat here again. The service was excellent (of course, I was the only one there at the time). I don't have a single complaint except that I had to park on the street which isn't a good thing considering the amount of truck traffic on New Castle Ave. All in all I had a pleasant experience !

When you see Sunset you wonder...doesn't look like much. But step inside...look in the case at the specials. Everything is farm fresh the owner says and tastes it. Sweet potatoes and apples. Collard greens. Green beans...all like Grandma made (if Grandma was a great cook)....The smoked ribs are perfect, best anywhere. Today he had fresh cut (this AM) pork chops....AMAZING. bar-b-q chicken, bar-b-q-brisket....Do yourself a favor, put aside all your fancy and check this out....and oh yeah...a spotless bathroom! Always a great sign!
