Great Italian lunch meats and rolls. Whenever I order it's always perfect. People are great and coming from So Philly it's the closest to home. Good job to all employees.

Great hoagies and cheese steaks. Service is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have known the owners Richie & Helen all of my life and they are great, honest, & hard working individuals. I would recommend Long Neck Deli to anyone looking for great sandwiches.

The Long Neck Deli is a locals favorite & no wonder they have amazing subs, the buns are brought in daily. Also the potato & mac salad, & slaw are better than my moms which is saying a lot. Yes you may have to wait awhile to get in an order on the phone, but it is so worth it.

oh my , they put you on hold and forget about you! in the meantime you hear the people working there talking about a customer that just left. (the ones who pay their paychecks). Not nice to do that people. Then you say ,WOW I really need to go where customers are appreciated. Wake up and run your business with the greatest care to the people that spent money in your business.

How can anyone complain about this place? That rant about the $10.00 credit card minimum tells more about the writer than it does about the Deli. Does that clown really think that people are going to send letters to any or all of those agencies over something so incredibly minor? Suggestion: Let them take their business to Wawa where they can charge as little as they want and be treated to arguably the worst and most bland "hoagie" ever concocted in the Eastern hemisphere.

Although the food & deli items are very good, the prices are reasonable, and 98% of the staff are pleasant, polite, respectful and helpful -- there are 1 or 2 people who have MAJOR ATTITUDES and are just plain MISERABLE ALL THE TIME! No matter how good the food is, I just cannot spend money where I feel UNWELCOMED and DISRESPECTED! The 1 "new" employee who has only been there for about a month is the WORST - I don't know her name, but she is a petite woman, who makes it seem like such an effort to ask you what you want, of course usually after ignoring you and making you wait 10 or 15 minutes! The prices are higher at Giant, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is SO MUCH BETTER so they will be getting my money from now on!

I made a purchase at this so called great Deli and they refused to accept my credit card because my purchase was under $10. I was not going to argue with the moron behind the counter, but this is a because it violates the merchants' agreements with both their bank issuer and the credit card company. I will be reporting them to my Visa card company and the Better Business Bureau. Here is the law which protects consumers.....
Consumers sometimes complain that stores have "minimum purchase" requirements in order to buy something with a credit card. Consumers question whether a merchant can refuse to honor a credit card unless a minimum of $10 or $25 worth of goods is purchased.
"No," says the Better Business Bureau. According to the merchants' MasterCard and Visa contracts, stores CANNOT require a minimum purchase because it violates the merchants' agreements with both their bank issuer and the credit card company.
That means consumers are entitled to use their Visa or MasterCard to pay for an item...no matter how low the price. If the merchant refuses to accept a credit card for small purchases, consumers should send a letter of complaint to the bank which issued their card. If that doesn't resolve things, they can contact the Better Business Bureau or the appropriate credit card company listed below:

Good food, subs and cheese steaks and they have this dessert like cheese cake and is topped with cherries,blueberrys, strawberrys,and Oreo cookies! Oh so yummy! The staff is very helpful,polite, curtious and very friendly. Recommend Longneck Deli to all. Tina
