I absolutely adore this Chinese restaurant in the MOT area - the owners are so welcoming, and the food is always fresh and delicious. They have the most scrumptious shrimp and egg rolls, and I love how they can customize the spice levels in their dishes. Plus, their steamed dumplings and chicken wings are out-of-this-world amazing - a definite must-try if you're in the Lower New Castle Co. area!
