Ordered lunch for the office at 11:30 AM. It did not arrive until 1:30. Food was cold and soggy. Manager appologized but did not offer to comp the meal. Wanted to speak with the owner but he was not available. The excuse was that they were short staffed. If so, they should have made a decision not to deliver. Their greedy behavior to take orders they could not fill caused the problem.

Rating could have been a 4-1/2 if not for the POOR FOOD HANDLING. Young man making sandwiches RUBBED HIS HAIR, never washed his hands and -- there were no GLOVES in sight -- he continued to make the sandwich. Young lady in the kitchen area also preparing food without an apron nor gloves on wiped her hands on her jeans scratched her arm and continued to prepare food. This is an unsanitary operation and should be dealt with ASAP. Hopefully the owners read these reviews.
