In recent years, banh mi shops have been popping up all over Colorado, but Baker's Palace remains my ultimate favorite. I've tried other places, but none compare to the delicious offerings at Baker's Palace. Despite its unassuming appearance, the food speaks for itself - from the perfectly baked baguettes to the flavorful fillings, it never disappoints.
