Growing up in Southern California, my taste buds always gravitate towards the irresistible flavors of flame-grilled chicken, accompanied by hearty beans and zesty salsa. Despite the absence of my beloved El Pollo Loco in Colorado, I discovered Rico Pollo and decided to give it a try to satisfy my craving for that familiar taste of home. The generous portion of half chicken, flavorful beans and rice, accompanied by a variety of salsas, tortillas, green onions, and jalapeños, offered a satisfying and delicious meal that left me eager to make Rico Pollo a regular dining spot.
