I only had two days in town for the Food Networks Food Truck Challenge show, so I swung by the truck at 7pm tonight and luckily didn't have to wait long. I tried their special, "The Atomic Cowboy," which was a delicious pulled pork sandwich with cheese and pickles on a biscuit from the Denver Biscuit Company for just $7.
