Went to Ebony and Vines for the prime rib special. Didn't get our food until after a 45 minute wait. The prime rib was not good...had to cut into it with a steak knife which took time to get a piece off....not tender at all. The prime rib was not cooked right too rare and Luke warm when it arrived. Not pleased at all!
