We previously had a wonderful experience, so my husband made reservations for our family for Mother's Day. Our dinner was a disaster and many others we not pleased. The lady at the table next to us said they were waiting for two hours and their food was cold, etc. I believe they just left after the waiter told them "I am aware of everything that is happening". Other tables were waiting a long time and I heard waiters apologizing for the long delays.
Our steaks took over to get to the table after ordering and when it came it was just a small piece of over cooked meat. I have had much better meals at Outback, Long Horn or other chain establishments. I can't believe they charged us over $250.00 for two adults and two teens after I had to track down our waiter to ask where our food was.
Never going back! They should have told us about the problems and wait times before we ordered. Not to take any responsibility or act like they cared was the icing on the cake.
