As someone who appreciates authentic Mexican cuisine, I was thrilled to discover a place in Denver that serves food so genuine it rivals what I've had in Mexico. After trying their pork and cheese tamales, I couldn't resist taking home a dozen of each, and the variety of fresh ingredients available for cooking delicious meals only added to my excitement.
