I went to try out some oysters at a local spot by the pond. The atmosphere was lovely, and I enjoyed the view while dining. The service was outstanding, and the sushi is definitely on my list for next time.

We've always enjoyed Waterfront until recently. The time before last our entrees were terribly overcooked, the gumbo was inedible because of salt. To his credit, the manager gave us a gift certificate and asked for another chance. We visited this past week and the catfish strips were completely tasteless beyond the breading. They were cooked very well and the breading was light. No taste at all. Poor excuse for seafood.
