I've been a regular at Don Carlos since I was a kid, and I still love it just as much, even though my reasons for going have shifted from the fish tank to the tasty food. The whole vibe at Don Carlos is unique, with its quirky decorations like neon lights, sombreros, and a tiki bar tucked away in the corner, making the experience feel a bit surreal but fun. The food options are plentiful, and after trying almost everything on the menu over the years, I can confidently say that their enchiladas with mole sauce are my top pick, though the regular ones are just as delicious.
